Examples

ViennaSHE includes a number of example devices. Here we present a few plots of results obtained for two transistors:

		MOSFET: A simplified two-dimensional (planar) MOSFET layout with piecewise constant doping and a channel length of 22nm.
		FinFET: Schematic three-dimensional FinFET, again with piecewise constant doping and a channel length of 18nm.

Plots are created using ParaView for postprocessing the VTK output of ViennaSHE.
